Overview
A large bank wanted to optimize the way they store and manage scan copies of various documents. Their loan department in particular needed to speed up the process of obtaining scan documents for their operational activities.
Challenge
The client had a high performance requirement for the new system. To achieve them we had to optimize source code and system architecture. The main issue they had was involvement of too many systems in their operations and their integrations were not efficient enough. We created a new unified API to connect all the systems involved in data transfer. After this API was approved by other software providers we performed successful integration.
Result
At the very early stage of operation our system received over 25 million documents. Data transfer was about 100 thousand documents per day.

Their numerous branches all over the county were using 25 different libraries and data resources. To ensure efficient use of the materials the management decided to reduce this number to 4 libraries by the year 2025.
Challenge
New digital library had to ensure information integrity and consistency, prevent duplication of documents and provide security measures for information safety. To unify all the information sources, we needed to create extensive integrations and intuitive user interface.
Result
Unified digital library provided centralized access to the information collected from various sources by the means of web-application and mobile devices. Time spent on searching for materials is significantly cut and sensitive information is well protected.

The client, with a well-established and recognizable brand, wanted to reorganize their marketing operations to be up-to-date with the dynamically evolving marketing landscape. For faster result we proposed to combine our Digital Asset Management, Process Management and Project Management modules and fill in the gaps in required functionality by integrating with some solutions already in use by our client. To make this into a unified MRM platform we designed a user interface in accordance to their brand standards.

To make the shift from existing marketing processes smoother, it was decided to implement MRM system in several steps. While users adjust to the new system we collect their feedback and analyze. In accordance to our analysis we make changes and improvements before moving on to the next step. This implementation tactic allowed the system to be perfectly tuned to the needs of the marketing department and was less stressful for employees.

We also created a designer for electronic requests, which sends requests to state bodies and receives replies via different information channels. Once configured, all the fallowing work is done automatically.
As a result, state employees comply with state rules and regulations while their work complexity, and therefore margin of error, is reduced to a minimum.

Overview
We started our journey by developing custom solutions for banking sector. During our close cooperation with banks we noticed that they had two main problems: inefficient and time-consuming check of a borrower's reliability and slow loan approval process. The decision was made to create a specialized Loan Management System to solve these problems.
Challenge
To ensure fast and reliable underwriting of loan application we had to connect our system to all available information sources. The system must automatically retrieve data and using algorithms compare it with the loan application. For faster loan application turnaround time was required automation on different levels. Partly this automation was achieved by integrating BPM engine.
Result
Currently, our Loan Management System uses for credit check over 20 information sources, both government and alternative. Due to almost completely automated credit score verification and pre-scoring process the use of our system result is the fallowing: loan default rate is lowered to 2 %, decision time to 2-5 minutes, bank's specialists can process up to 35000 applications per day.
