COMPLEX SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE SOLUTION: ELEVATOR CONTROL STATION AND DISPATCH SYSTEM

Purpose of the station:
 The station is purposed to use on passenger, cargo- and passenger as well as hospital elevators with a carrying capacity up to 1000 kg, speed up to 3 m/s, including in residential and office buildings with a rise up to 32 floors.
ELEVATOR CONTROL STATION
MAIN FEATURES:

• Processing of information about state of peripheral equipment (devices, sensors, switches and so on) is performed with use of microprocessor controller, set in well and elevator cabin. Central controller of elevator automatics processes information about the system state received from peripheral controllers, and makes directives on the basis of the received information and control logics.
• Connection with peripheral equipment via two digital lines (separate well and cabin channels).
• Possibilities of operative system adaptation to individual requirements due to change of program parameters and software modification.

• Comprehensive facilities of self-control and self-diagnosis of central controller and peripheral equipment.
• Smoothness of movement, enhanced comfort, energy saving and power equipment resource enhancement are ensured due to application of frequency converter with a sensorless vector control for main drive and door drive control.
• Low energy consumption in quiescent mode (15-60 Wt, depending on quantity of floor controllers)
• In case of energy failure, standby UPS supports emergency lighting in the elevator cabin, provides the passengers with a possibility to get in touch with dispatcher and ensures safe evacuation
• Informative indication makes control, adjustment and diagnostics easier
• Integrated dispatch system, including double-sided digital voice dispatch.
