Prior to programming, we perform the following steps to work out the following specific requirements:
- Project scope
- Deliverables
- Screen layouts
- Reporting
- Functionality issues
- Timelines
If needed, the Bacup IT team can meet the representatives of a customer onsite.
During this phase, a mockup of the project can be developed to provide better understanding of the end product.
After the definition phase is complete, the development process starts at the Bacup IT Development Center in Novosibirsk, Russia, where:
- Project details are updated
- Deliverables and other progress reports are issued for customer information at pre-agreed intervals.
A customer may choose to either receive remote access to the development server via Share Point or use common communication means, e-mail and ICQ. By remotely accessing the development server, the customer can monitor progress in real time and generally control the development process even though the work is being carried out offsite. This approach is ideal for projects with:
- A limited budget
- Firmly agreed scope of work and requirements
- Time pressure
The system turnkeys include the following:
