Bacup IT was the first software development company in Novosibirsk to be certified under the ISO 9001 quality assurance standards. ISO 9001 certification means that the entire life cycle of our software, from design and development to follow-up support, complies with this international quality standard. The certificate was approved in October 2003.

The Bacup IT headquarters is located in Novosibirsk, the third largest city i n Russia after Moscow and St.-Petersburg. Novosibirsk is the biggest scientific, industrial, cultural, and trade center in Russia between the Urals and the Pacific coast.

The highly developed infrastructure of Novosibirsk allows us to keep in touch with customers from different countries. Note, also that due to time zone differences, the companies located in the European part of Russia can communicate with American customers only once each day, whereas we are able to contact twice a day, which saves customers' time and promotes closer contacts.
