- Ensure optimal, cost-efficient, and safe operation of elevators.
- Collect and process information received from elevator control nodes (number of stops, departure/arrival time and floor, etc.)
- Collect and instantaneously process emergency requests.
- Organize elevator maintenance activities (for example, the operation of technicians and janitors, keeping track of worn parts of elevator equipment that need to be replaced or repaired, etc.)
- Automatically scheduling the maintenance and emergency repairs of elevator equipment.
- Provide digital voice communication between an operator (dispatcher) and passengers.
- Generate and remotely play alarm sounds and advertisements in the elevator car.
Smart Elevator Control System is a highly reliable and efficient automation system.
Reliability
- All principal elevator elements are controlled
- Voice communication with an operator
- In case of an electricity failure, the car will be taken to the nearest floor to release passengers.
- Hoisting mechanisms keep the elevator moving smoothly in the shaft to minimize energy consumption.
- Volume diagnostics and maintainability of the system.
Efficiency
The system will service 320 elevator units with at least 15 users (operators, accountants, technicians, janitors, etc.) 24 hours a day.
Extensibility
The system can be extended for use by other public utility systems.
The commercial version of the system will have the following features:
- Communication with a control center through the GPRS, Ethernet, or FrameRelay channels
- Integration with other building automation systems, such as intrusion detection systems, video surveillance systems, and intercommunication means.
- Automatic meter reading for water, gas, and electricity utilities.
