Bacup IT carried out the 3rd project for administration of Khanty Mansiysk's independent region.
The collaboration of Bacup IT and the administration of the governor of Khanty Mansiysk's independent area began in the year 2002 when the company has developed two packets of software for administration.
One of them was "System of statistical accounting for medico-social expertise department". It was intended for the formation of statistical reports for ministry of labor and social development. The second was AIR which automated accounting of the information resources. These were used by authorities in the territory of Khanty Mansiysk region.
The first work experience with Bacup IT completely satisfied customer. There for in 2004 the region administration gave Bacup IT another project - creation of the second version of AIR, expanding system possibilities. During July 2004 the work on this project was successfully completed.
Both versions of AIR system have very comfortable and understandable interface to any Microsoft Windows user. As a result even a person with a small work experience with computer will be able to learn rapidly to use AIR. Furthermore, the system has the instruction where all functions are described in detail with the sequence of the actions necessary for fulfilling each function.
In accordance with laws, the authorities of Khanty Mansiysk region are achieving automation of region in several directions. For this purpose they buy or develop software. Then it is established in different organizations, including the political department of the region.
System AIR makes it possible to manage the united database: operators in different organizations introduce and edit diverse information about the program products transmitted to them and then they send information to the main committee, where the united database with the region's resource information is located
System AIR gives the possibility to create different reports and documents, connected to automation of the region. Its use simplifies and accelerates the work of operators and also considerably decreases the risk of the error appearance with collection and processing of data. For example, due to the fact that the operators do not need to fill in the information manually and they can simply select necessary data from the list.
To avoid errors such as: accidental removal of data or their alteration, the late transmission of data to the committee etc., all actions of operators in the system will be automatically recorded into a journal. The operators do not have the possibility to edit the journal, which facilitates control over their work and operational resolution of the questions connected to the random errors of colleagues.
In the second version of the system has significant expansion of its possibilities. In particular, the synchronization of data that enters from different organizations (subdivisions) to the committee. Now the operator of the committee will be able to compare the out of date and new information and to introduce changes by just pressing few buttons. The probability of errors in this case is much lower.
In addition in the new version appeared more possibilities for creating different documents, additional tools for data security were build it, are also were created modules which automate the fulfillment of larger amount of actions for operators.
